Welcome to RUKO Kitchen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our meal delivery subscriptions and website operated by RUKO Kitchen ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. By subscribing or ordering, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.

1. Service Description

RUKO Kitchen prepares and delivers authentic, homestyle North Indian meals across designated delivery areas in Chennai. Meals are prepared fresh daily Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays for kitchen sanitization.

2. Orders, Cutoffs & Pausing

Daily meal preparation is scheduled based on active orders and subscriptions. To ensure zero food wastage and timely delivery, daily order and cancellation cutoffs are strictly enforced:

• Lunch: Order & cancellation cutoff is 12:00 PM IST. Delivery is between 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM.
• Dinner: Order & cancellation cutoff is 7:00 PM IST. Delivery is between 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
• Subscription Pausing: Pause at least 24 hours before the delivery slot — by 12:30 PM the day before for lunch, or by 7:30 PM the day before for dinner — from your account or WhatsApp. Paused days are not lost; they roll over and extend your billing cycle.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Subscription fees are payable in advance via secure UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit cards powered by licensed payment aggregators. For our detailed cancellation window and refund settlement procedures, please review our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery Logistics

Deliveries are made to the address and contact details provided during checkout. For serviceable zones and charges, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Food Safety, Ingredients & Allergies

We operate in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI Reg. 22426076003420). While we maintain separate prep stations for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, all items are prepared in a shared commercial facility. Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies (e.g. nuts, dairy, gluten) must inform us in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
