• Delivery Information: Physical delivery address, landmark, and postal pincode.
• Account & Auth: OAuth profile identifiers (via Google or Supabase authentication).
• Transaction Records: Order IDs, payment status, and subscription schedules (payment card or bank details are securely processed directly by RBI-licensed payment aggregators like Razorpay; we never store your card numbers or CVV).

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Fulfilling daily meal preparation and doorstep deliveries.
• Sending critical order confirmations, daily delivery manifests, and pause status alerts via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Providing customer support and processing legitimate refunds.
• Complying with statutory food safety regulations (FSSAI).

3. Data Sharing & Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary delivery details (name, delivery address, phone) with our verified delivery personnel to ensure safe doorstep delivery. Our database is hosted with end-to-end encryption and role-based access control.

4. Your Rights (Data Principal Rights)

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of your personal data processed by us.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your account and personal data (subject to statutory financial/tax retention requirements).
• Nominate another individual in the event of death or incapacity.
