Orders can be cancelled before the cutoff time for a full refund. The cutoff time for lunch cancellation is 12:00 PM, and for dinner cancellation is 7:00 PM. Cancellations after the cutoff time will not be eligible for a refund as fresh food preparation would have already started.
Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you face any issues, please contact our support team on WhatsApp.
You can pause your subscription anytime via WhatsApp. Unused meals will be credited to your account.
